The
preceding process of the machine is combined opening
and scutching machine and the following process is drawing
frame. The machine is mainly used for the processing
of cotton fibre and chemical fibre. The machine combs
cotton (chemical fibre) laps from the preceding process
and cotton (chemical fibre) layers fed through the feeding
hopper to make the curly cotton lumps into straight
filaments, meanwhile the impurities will be removed.
Then it spins them into standard slivers and stored
in a sliver can for next process. |
| Characteristics： |
Adopt
Microcomputer control for testing and digital display
relevant parameters. Equipped with Front and rear stationary
flats and card segment under licker-in, automatic stop
motion for returning flow of fibres, thick laps and
sliver breakage, the delivery speed and draft range
testing devices and the fixed length display. Flat uses
0.56mm small heel-toe to improve the combing efficiency.
Doffer motor is of stepless frequency control by inverter,
piecing-up with low speed and high speed motion. Two
types of sucton (intermittent or continuous)for user’s
option. |
