| Application： |
1. Energy-saving
clutch fixed on shaft of the main motor, using triangle
belt to drive Cylinder and then the licker-in driven,
this structure is simple and reliable and smooth to
start. A licker-in speed sensor is fixed to control
its speed to suit the starting and stopping of Doffer,
which prevents block-up of card.
2. The Doffer motor adopts AC stepless frequency control
piecing-up with low speed and running rapidly, it
is convenient to operate, sensitive and reliable to
control. Synchronous tooth belt make it running steadily
with low noise.
3. A separate motor drives the feeding roller. AC
stepless speed inverter is interlocked with Doffer.
4. Adopting three-roller cotton stripping device,
and on the stripping roller an actively- driven cleaning
roller is fitted to prevent the Doffer clothing from
being damaged. Between the mill rolls and the calender
roller, a movable curl plate condenser is fixed to
improve its working stability.
5. The filter box with blower is mounted on the leftside
of frame. The waste is stored into a filter box by
continuous suction system, and then extracted by the
outside intermittent suction system. The cotton wastes
and the fly cotton in the filter box are separately
extracted, thus it can not only reduce the power consumed
for each suction motor, but also improve the fibre
utilizaion rate.
6. The special framework with high intensity, easily
adjustable and convenient for dismounting of Cylinder
screen.
7. Suitable for laps feeding or chute feeding.
8. Front and rear stationary flats and licker-in card
segment are fitted.
9. Optimum designed constructions of the Cylinder
and Doffer ensure its precision and stiffness.
10. Convenient totally-enclosed safety cover.
11. There are four automatic stop motions.
12. Small heel-toe of flat is 0.56mm, and the combing
efficiency is improved.
