This
machine is fit for several materials such as cashmere,
camel's hair, yak wool, etc. Its main task is to process
the raw materials into eligible products by opening,
impurities removal & removing coarse stuff and scurf
for the following process. |
| Characteristics： |
1.
The cashmere feeding part is made up of cashmere feed
plate, and pressing cashmere feeding roller. By pressing
through lever spring and eccentric operational handle,
it’s convenient and reliable for operation.
2. Opening roller and mote knife will open the cashmere
thoroughly here to remove impurities and coarse wool.
3. In the parts of Cylinder and revolving flats, the
thoroughly carded cashmere will be processed further
by removing coarse wool, scurf and short cashmere.
4. With new type of stripper bar, the stripping of cashmere
will be more effective.
5. On the right side of licker-in was a licker-in speed
controller, which will monitor the speed of licker-in
in case of machine jam.
6. The safety cover will adopt partly-enclosed model.
Its switch is placed on the front-right side, which
can ensure security and cleanness and convenience to
operate as well as beautiful appearance.
7. According to the requirements, an automatic cashmere
feeding box can be fixed, with the feeding amount controlled
by a photoelectric switch.
